General FAQ:

You can learn more about our lenses here. All of our reading glasses come standard as polycarbonate lenses, with an AR coating. When you upgrade to blue light protection, the lenses are a 1.56 index, optical quality lens with specialty coating.

Yes! All of our sunlenses have 100% UVA and UVB protection.

We strive for fits that will work for most face shapes. Each frame product description breaks down what its frame shape is, and which face shape the frame would work best for. For further information, use the link here to learn more about our other frame shapes.

Shipping FAQ:

We aim to ship all orders within two business days, depending on your order. If you need a status update, feel free to email us at hello@brookeyewear.com. You will receive an order confirmation when you place your order, and then an additional email when it ships.

We currently only ship to locations within the United States. We offer free shipping for orders over $55. Anything below $55 will have a flat rate $5 shipping fee. All packages are shipped via USPS.

Returns, Exchanges and Payment FAQ:

Add your desired items to your cart and continue to the checkout page. Enter the code in the box that reads ‘coupon code’ in your cart and hit “ok.” Only one promo code can be applied per order.

We offer a 30-day return on all everything, except custom orders. Customers are responsible for the cost of their return shipping label, whether they provide their own label or a Brook Eyewear prepaid label. Once received. we’ll start the process of your refund. Refunds can take 3 – 5 business days to hit your account, depending on your banking/credit card company. 

We offer a 30-day exchange policy, except on custom orders. Customers are responsible for the cost of their return shipping label, whether they provide their own label, or use a Brook Eyewear prepaid label. Once we’ve received your order, we’ll get working on your exchange.

Although we can’t make any guarantees we’re able to fix it, we will do our best to see what can be done. We understand that things happen and want to make sure that you’re happy.

We offer a one-time, one-year replacement for scratched lenses. We understand mistakes happen.
