HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You have 30 days to return your glasses by mail, for a full refund to your original payment method. We accept returns on all orders except custom orders (this includes custom printing on temples etc.). Once your order is returned to our facility, our team will refund your original payment method. Funds should be back on your account in 5-7 business days.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY FRAME FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE?

Customers have 30 days to reach out to the Brook team about exchanging their order. We accept exchanges on all orders except custom orders (this includes custom printing on temples etc.). Once your original purchase arrives at our facility, our team will begin working on your exchange. 

START YOUR EXCHANGE:

Within the email please provide which style and color you’d like to exchange for, which type of lenses, and whether or not you need a prescription. Depending on what the exchange is for, there may be a price difference. Please send back the original item to Brook:
